I would like to carry a spare tubular, razor blade, and Co2 for a flat kit and I am looking for recommendations on what others use as a container and where to mount it.

I use a Torhan's VR bottle on my B12, they even provide the cut line on the bottle to remove the bottom 1/4 of it. Felt sells the DA frame version with the bottle holder that is flush on the seat tube. Fits great for the newer B-series frames which are based on the DA frame. The Generic VR bottle works fine for just about all frames. I fit in 2 tubes, patch kit, 2 CO2 and 2 HD levers no problem. Has aero benefits too.
