I'm looking to sign-up for the Flag City Triathlon on 6/9. Anyone vets out there can tell me what to expect?

I did it last year. It's a pretty small race. I think there was only one wave in the swim. It is unusual in that there are two separate transition zones. Check in is at T2 and you ride over to T1. (about 1 1/2 miles). The bike is fairly flat with decent roads and manned corners. The run is 5k this year, it was 10k last year. The run is flat. Last year the only real hill was up and down the side of the resevoir, but it looks like that is skipped this year. It is a fun little race.

a lot of the smaller races up there over the summer are pretty cool. i did the lima YMCA sprint race last year and that was another good one. had to wait a few weeks to see results/times, but the race was run well, went smoothly and the course was fun, although very hot.
