Didn't have much time this morning. 8 mile run, 1000 yd swim (8 x 125 kick the last length)

20 swims this month and 72,349 yards. HS you have me beat by a yard!!!

Well, you probably have about 1,000 times more running than me. But, I probably have more cycling than you... :P

Looks like your right elbow drops a bit more than the left...looking pretty good for all that time off (or even in general)...

No clock at all anymore...after being closed for a week, I hoped to show up this morning to a shiny new pace clock...nope...but at least they left the small wall clock, right? Nope. They replaced the wall clock with a huge poster of the back of some chicks head, holding a surf board on top of her head... Who made that decision?! Jimbo, you think we should put a pace clock back on the wall? No, no...why would we do that billybob? Well, jimbo, how bout leaving the old clock on the wall, so swimmers can time themselves, but with a bit of trouble... Nah, fuck 'em...I'm thinking lets put a HUGE poster of the back of a head, but with a surf board ON the head! Atta boy jimbo, now your thinkin!

So some pull and kick I decided...a miniature version of RFreds1's set...

Thanks for the feedback. I posted a thread to the main forum to get a few more eyeballs and got a reply from hotman of exemplifying "turnthrustglide" and "swinging". Found that both pretty funny and pretty insulting. Hope I don't become hotman's champion. Of course I think in an old thread he described Sun Yang of being TI like, so I guess I'd be in good company :)
