I'll be there for official sherpa duties- gf is doing the Oly for USA

I'm doing all 3, Team Canada.

We should do a meet up. Maybe on Wednesday or Thursday? I'm from Edmonton, so I know a few good spots.

I would really love to be able to make the ST gathering. It's my first worlds of any kind. Still kinda new to this triathlon and slowtwitch thing.

And careful partying with that Scheiris guy. One wrong step and your bike will wake up in a bath tub with its Di2 missing! jk ;-)

I was thinking MKT ON Whyte (4km from race site), on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon?
Thoughts?

Since I assume many folks like me do not have a car, is this not something closer? I think my hotel is like a half mile from the race venue.

A lot of folks are getting in on Thursday. Some of us are racing the sprint Friday.

What are others plans?

What hotel, Robert? There are not many that close to the race site. I assume most people will probably be staying downtown. Maybe that will work better?

I am at the Sutton Place hotel. This I believe is close to the TeamUSA host hotel. I think these are all like a half mile from the race venue. I assume these hotels are in the downtown area?
