I have read about "good" and "Bad" protein and/or effective and ineffective. I have been upping my training and feel I need to supplement my diet with more protein. All I have locally is EAS protein drink at my grocery store. Kind of expensive (10 bucks for 4 cans). I don't mind the price, but does anyone with nutrition knowledge know if this is the "good" protein. I remember reading that some protein drinks weren't worth 5 cents. Thanks in advance for any help.

Is this the pre-mixed stuff? Of course it's expensive -- you're paying some one else to shake it up for you.
6 lb bag of EAS Whey protein powder for about $22 at Costco. Add non-fat milk and you're set. Or, if the idea of cow puss is too revolting, you can use water...
