Good Monday Morning Speedy!
Thanks again for all your work keeping us on top of the bulge.

I'm down to 223lbs this week even with a birthday party and the Superbowl.

Less evening eating has been the key for me.

Hi Speedy,

Update for Monday February 5th: 127lbs, down one pound from last week.

irongeek - thank you for your reply last week. Very sweet!

And speaking of sweet, here's something I noticed that might help other Drop the Doughers. I keep track of everything I eat on my PDA. I have a great little software package that counts all the calories, sugar, fat, etc for everything I eat. Inputting is a bit tedious but really worth it.

Anyway, after a month of doing this I've noticed that the biggest factor influencing my weight is how much sugar I eat. Not fat, not calories, not the carb/protein ratio. If I eat too much sugar one day, my weight will go up the next day. That holds true even when I spend more calories than I eat.

Now if only I wasn't so addicted to sugar!

Hey Speedy,

Weight this morning as 181.5 so a bit less than last week but not much. This cold lingering around does not help the weight loss training plan. Oh well.

This morning, my weight was 156.

Since I posted late last week and my information isn't on the spreadsheet yet, here it is:
January 22: 158 (To the best of my recollection)
January 29: 160 (probably water weight...)

Speedy, you never updated me for last week I see. I was up to 213 for 1/29 and today, 2/5, I am at 212.

This is the start of some high intensity weeks though, so if I can actually get my eating habits correct, I maty really start losing pounds.

Speedy, I weighed in at 199.5 this morning. Unfortunately, my max weight for the week is always Monday morning. I blame the super bowl and eating a little too much after my 10K run. This is a small setback but I'm going to climb back on the horse.

Similar situation here. I was down to 190 on Friday morning. This morning after going out on Friday night and Super Bowl festivities last night, I'm back up to 193.5. Damnit.

Hi, Speedy...
Back down to 129 this morning, 2/5/07. Managed to not snack too much during the Super Bowl. Hit almost all workouts last week.
Going to be 128 or 127 next Monday. (crossing fingers!)
Thanks

I was ill last week and one payoff was loss of weight. Down to 163 this am. Illness didn't help my training schedule. I will have 2 Base 3 recovery weeks.
