Speedy, checking in a little early for 1/22, since I won't have a scale. Weight holding steady at 129.0 for the week. Had a tough time with making good food choices (but it was my birthday!). :)
OK, weight today is 154 - down one pound. I used a different scale, but when I left home, weight was 154 on my home scale, so I think this may be accurate. Of course, if it showed a gain, it would have clearly been highly inaccurate.

I don't know; I am definitely going to be in the mix in this contest - 147 today (down 4 pounds total)! I am eating well, staying away from bad fats, sugar and most bread and training every day - that's a formula for success.
I'm not sure why, but I'm stuck at 158 again this week. Second week in a row in red. :( I guess I'd better spend a week tracking my food completely to figure out what's going on. That usually does it for me, but I absolutely hate logging my food!!!
Good job to everyone else! You're motivating me to keep trying!
Still at 183 and holding. Part of the problem is no workouts and very little sleep due to my little guy teething. Even thou my wife gets up to get him, it still wakes me up 3 times a night. Will try to get some workouts in this week and see how that goes.

I'm down another to 149. Can't believe it as I was sick the whole first part of the week and barely moved off the couch, yet continued to eat as usual, but hey, I'll take it. :)
