142.5 this morning!
It's a little fake since I've been battling tosillitis and a sinus infection and haven't been eating much. But I'll take what I can get! :)

Hey Speedy.
My weight today was 143.5.
I suppose I put too many numbers on my post. Last week was 145.
Sorry! And thank you for doing this!

Down 3 to 177#. I am starting to feel a lot cleaner. I kept to one cheat dessert this week because our dinner guests brought over an apple pie for dessert.

hanging my head in shame...scale still reads 198...it does, however, show a 2% bodyfat drop. Guess that doesn't count for much huh? Back to the fluid trainer for some more quality time I guess. I have my evil task mistress adding some extra motivation this time around..she won't let me slack off. Who knew riding crops had a dual purpose.

1/15 Scale reading for NamssoB = 204. Way too many Cherry flavored Tootsie Pops (like an entire bag of them!)

Speedy - Sorry I'm a day late - I was traveling yesterday.
I'm up to 167. At least I'm consistent with my weight gain.

This week my weight is 157, which is a real surprise because on Friday, the boss brought in pizza and wings, and I enjoyed it a bit too much (3 pieces of pizza, 3 wings, and a plate of pasta), on Saturday, my darling husband brought home Chinese food, which I also enjoyed a bit too much (fried rice with sweet and sour pork, mmmmm), and Sunday, we had the leftover Chinese food for lunch.

The site & my blog have been updated. Please check for omissions or inaccuracy.
Should you know any of the delinquents, PM or publicly humiliate/motivate them to post or they will be removed.
Sorry guys, I don't have time to chase challengers for weigh in's. I also don’t want the field watered down for those who are committed to the DTD.

Before & after pics?
A local retailer (Runners Life) has their own weight loss challenge going.... with a twist. They are posting pics of each challenger's midsection before & after.
I'm game to do the same on the Rolling Thunder website. Pics to be taken once per week (same light, distance to camera, etc.) Anyone? No body doubles allowed :-) Thoughts?
So we should all be in the same boat. If you have ripped abs now, you shouldn't be participating.

Pictures do say 1000 words!
I'll take mine in the dark and post it.
It is a good idea, just hard to commit to
C'mon legs run faster!
Being fast on a crappy bike is cool

* 10 - 20 lb loss (you determine how much) 13 pounds by March 31
* No athletes with already low %BF NOT A PROBLEM
* There must be a clear & quantifiable reward if target met I get to buy a third brake lever for my aero bars.
* There must be a clear & quantifiable dire consequence if target missed Must let my wife get whatever tri toys she wants, up to $1000.
* Monday morning weigh in Missed a few because I wasn't paying attention. 1/1/07 was 153. 1/15/07 was 151.5

Not a bad idea. But now I really do have to start doing my core body exercises!

Not really keen on this. My midsection, absent well-tailored suits, has not been photographed (excluding X-rays) in decades, which is a state that keeps the world in harmony. Of course, might relent if others of equally dismal abdominal demeanor concur.

We can start a "My abs are worse than you abs" contest :-) Last time I saw mine was fall 2001.

Oh boy... I might be willing to do it if the flab abs pictures were only available for viewing to other who have posted theirs. I would hate to be heckled behind my back by all the six packed lean & mean folks.
Talk about motivation though.

I think I can set up a web page with a direct link so it will only be available by address only. I'll check it out & get back to you guys
At last - a contest I can win!
