I am a female with broad shoulders. 5'9.5" 135lbs. I chose a Medium and although it's loose I like it that way--
I think it depends how snug you want it.

Ooh - I've just seen there is a long sleeve cooling garment with ice pockets. Has anyone used this that can provide feedback?

I'm about your size and wear the medium. Wife wears the small and I don't think they'd fit me.

Not a question about sizing but here goes. How do you think this would work on cooler mornings over a tri-top?
