I don't know about a Master's group, but there is a pool 2 blocks from the Eastern Market metro stop. It is at between 6th and 7th streets on North Carolina Avenue in SE. It is called the William H. Ramsey Aquatic Center.
Lap swimming is 6:30-9:00am, 12:00-5:00pm and then 6:30-9:00pm.
