Anyone swim with this group? I am thinking about joining the Audrey Moore practices, mainly T/Th evenings? Would you recommend it? Are they welcoming to mediocre swimmers?

Yes - there's solid coaching (not sure who's on deck for the AM pm swims) and a lot of triathletes (Team Z primarily). There are masses of other pools and times available also.
