I want to get a tri jersey made with the logo of a charity I am going to be racing lake placid for.
I am just one guy so batch orders are out.
Does anyone know any companies that do single custom Jersey orders?
What about an aftermarket screen printing or other process, does that work on racing gear?

$35 for a custom jersey.


They are out of China, but the quality is good as is the communication (broken English, but quick responses). Below is a 1-off jersey I had made for my company.


I'd recommend a semi-custom design. That way you can just put the logos where you need them w/o having to design a whole color scheme.

I can vouch for that. They did a really nice jersey in honor of my brother last year; and it didn't cost much more than buying the regular jersey. Nice customer service to work out the design as well (lots of back and forth with proofs, etc.).

Virklon in Spain are very good, and reasonable. You download a template .pdf file and then modify it, ideally in vector graphics software (eg Inkscape is free), upload it back, their guy sorts out the cockups you made and you get it in about 3 weeks (to the UK for me) if I recall.

I can also vouch for Andre and Kiwami, they made a fantastic job on my kit, also for charities (World Bicycle Relief and Canadian Cancer Society).

Back in March, Louis Garneau removed minimums for custom orders. You can choose from their tri tops and suits, from mid level to their top of the line Course Tri SS.
