I need to get to Marshefell rd and highway 94 from north east of the city. Probably coming south from Black Forest road or Vollmer road or as far east as Elbert Rd and highway 24.

Is highway 24 safe coming into town from the NE? I'm sure 94 has a shoulder going east for several miles. I know from Woodmen down Marshefelll there are places with no shoulder but from what I remember they are relatively short sections.

Any help would be appreciated.
