Chicago Tri: Bike times (vs. Bud Light days)
I was just looking at the bike splits from the Chicago race. I have not done this race since it was a Bud Light US Tri Series race, so help me out here.

Tollakson fastset male split with a :55+ minutes.Congrats!

How much has the course changed since it was a BLUSTS race? Because I can remember the days when under an hour was not all that fast in that race. Even in the pre-aerobar days.

Does everyone just need to work on the run more to succeed at the ITU draft-fest races! :-)

I went well under an hour there in the mid-80's without aerobars or race wheels. I think I may have had one of those fabric disk covers. I always thought that course was short on the bike, but I'll take it....

According to TJ the bike was close to 1/2mi long. He said he really averaged 28.0.
