Here you go. It's taken me a long time and a lot of trial and error to get the front end dialed. I'm as low and narrow as I can get with the Ventus, but it's not quite enough, so it's time for a new bike! Also, that Bontrager XXX cage is junk. Two ejected bottles during 70.3s have taught me that cages are not the place to be a weight weenie.
Hey Cody, I have the plastic version of those Bontrager cages and like you ejected a few bottles. I wasn't willing to shell out for a gorilla cage, so what I did was take a bungee speedlace, cut it up, and tied it loosely between the arms. The lace is very slack, but when I put a bottle in, it gets very snug and I haven't ejected a bottle since. Yeah, it does look a little ghetto, but I'm ok with being MacGyver this time.
