I have an elite athlete who needs more reach on a pinarello bolide.

He bought the fast tt universtal tilt adapter as well as some carbon plate across which he has the pads on, he feels its really flexy.

Can he change the stem and basebar or will it fit wierd or have cable issues?

I am going to install my csr+ on his bike , but the fast tt spacing only fits a few holes limiting position again.

please advise.
