I vote hed jet 5. Aero, durable, and has an alloy brake track. Brian from mybikeshop has a pai under 1k I think.

What's your priorities? Light, durable, braking, aerodynamics, tubular, clincher?

Like the hed jet 5 but can be had a little cheaper is the 3t accelero 40 team. 1600 grams, alloy brake surface, 23mm wide.
If for some reason you want a carbon clincher, November rail could be worth checking out.

Hed jet 5 for sure or cosmic carbone sle if you can get them on sale
