Just got an email that due to heavy rain and rock slides the bike course will stay on 95 and not go Business 95 over the last 9 or so miles. Apparently there is a "hill" about 200 ft high on this section. Anyone know about this area? 200 feet is not much but how about steepness. I gmapped it and it does not look all that steep. I'll be using a 54-39 or 42 (12-25) so I should be OK for this little "bump". The change shortened the course by about 1/2 mile. Darn...... I need all the bike time I can get, so I can catch everyone that beats me out of the water and then has a tendency to run me down.

How about the rest of the course. It looks pretty flat. I'll enjoy racing at 500ft altitude since I live at 4500ft.
