And now you So-Calians...in an attempt to combine training with family obligations, I'm wondering if I can fit in a bike ride visiting a family member who lives in Pacific Palisades/Santa Monica area. Any ideas where to get more information, or suggestions for rides? I'll prob. need to ride 4-6 hours; but I can always ride a loop twice if there's nothing long enough. Not looking for any soul-crushing climbs or yellow-chamois descents, to reference a recent post.
