Hey guys,

As I am currently injured and therefore can´t run, I am going for a bike focus. I swim 4-5x per week and will keep at it. That leaves me around 10-12hours to fill with cycling, pretty much all of it on the trainer as the roads are not rideable at the moment. How would you structure my time into 5-6x workouts a week? The last four weeks I did 8h/week with Sweetspot ( 2x30min over/under), vo2max 5x5min, 3x9min (3min at FTP, 110%, 120%) , basically the 60-90min workouts on zwift or just 1-2,5h of mostly easy riding.

My goal is sprint and olympic distance triathlon, maybe a HIM in the summer. Most of my races are draft-legal so I am training on my road bike.
My Swims are: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday Sunday and either Monday/ Wednesday

I am open for suggestions.
