Hey folks,

What is the best front light to use on tt bars in your opinion?

I am divided between garmin varia (because it can use the same support as my edge, or the lezyne 1100 (i am looking for crazy ass strong lights)

Tks

I have the lezyne 600, which looks to have a similar mount as the 1100. I use it on round road bars, and I think it would struggle with something wider than that. But you could turn the mount 90 degrees and mount it upside down on one if the extensions.

I use a Barfly TT mount for my Garmin. In the box it includes a light mount which fits underneath the mount, and I run a Exposure Joystick front light.

Basically like this:

The Joystick is great, but any more-or-less cylindrical light of a similar size would work.

I like the LIght & Motion urban series. Their mount swivels, so it can be mounted on road bars or on the under side of aero extensions. I actually use two of them on my extensions when I start my rides on the early side - one on flash mode and one on 'full' to be able to see where I'm going. I currently use a 650 watt one on 'full' and an older 150 on flash mode to be better seen by cars.
