What is the best base bar that is budget friendly? Yes, I know one that fits.. but after that?

I guess it depends on "budget friendly" but I got my PD svet zero for about $100 and am happy with it.

Second on ther Svet. It's a very nice bar and you can get a good price for a new one on Ebay
