Badmann position

Looking at the Kona pics of Natasha in the new TriathleteMagazine...it appears that she is riding at damn near 90degrees or more, almost a reversed recumbant position (with the Cheetah X-fork, aero-only setup)! Also in the same issue, a breakdown on her bike setup shows her riding a 54/39 front with a 11-21 rear...granted it's on 650 wheels, but that's still pretty tough gearing for Kona winds and hills on a bike that you can't leave the aero position.

I noticed that as well. She does look very aero, fast and comfy on that bike. I couldn't figure out how she can refill the built in bladder that hold her fluids while on the fly.

As much as I dislike Tri Mag, this issue does have some great pix of the race. I thought Cam Brown looked great on his Plasma as well.

the magazine pics show direct side view from both sides. I can't find them on the TriathleteMag website(lame site BTW) and don't have a scanner to post them here. Maybe someone else? Also...anyone notice the difference in Cam Brown on his Plasma and Steve Larsen on his one page flip later (besides the handlebar tape)?

Hey Mike ... NB just quirts/pours water into that round opening for the bladder near the front of the top tube.

Cheers ...
