Looking at the Kona pics of Natasha in the new TriathleteMagazine...it appears that she is riding at damn near 90degrees or more, almost a reversed recumbant position (with the Cheetah X-fork, aero-only setup)! Also in the same issue, a breakdown on her bike setup shows her riding a 54/39 front with a 11-21 rear...granted it's on 650 wheels, but that's still pretty tough gearing for Kona winds and hills on a bike that you can't leave the aero position.
