BDC/6 o'clock and feeling 'connected'
Long story short, I'm thinking I have had my saddle way too high in true ST fashion. I have brought my saddle down due to a ever increasing hammy/IT tightness issue this year. Perhaps I have been able to stave off the tightness and now my legs just don't like it?

From the crowd that KNOWS they are at the appropriate saddle height. Do you feel like you are powering your pedal all the way to BDC? I have always pushed down with my toe in a vain attempt to continue adding power all the way to BDC since my bike fit, but figured that is where I needed to be since he is the 'pro'. Not sure if this was causing the hammy/IT, but since the change my problems have left....which is nice!

Thanks for any insight.

Trying to micro-manage your pedal stroke is a path to the dark side...
