Argon 18 E-118 adding top tube bosses
I know that this will void my warranty. However before I take the plunge, I wanted to see if anyone here has added top tube bosses to their E-118. I'm debating whether or not to go this route and how hard or complicated it was or is.

I came across this DIY on Tririg and it looks pretty straight forward. http://www.tririg.com/...rage_Bosses_Tutorial

Why don't you use a Darkspeed Works 483 ?
You attach the provided velcro stickers under the top tube and it doesn't move a bit.

Why not some threaded inserts like we use with skis? https://fluid-motion-sports-2.myshopify.com/...rts-pkg-of-10-w-tool

Drill a pilot hole, thread in with epoxy, then use a #8-32 SS screw.

Also using velcro hook and loop would make it screwless.

Industrial strength velcro. Works well enough for me.
