I'm looking for an app or device that I can use while running to have intervals and also tell me distance and speed. For example, I have Seconds Pro is great for intervals but won't tell me distance or speed. Then there's the Nike app that will tell me distance and speed but I don't see a way to do intervals. Is it possible to have both?
