That is amazing and, damn, they need a special pad for him hitting the wall so hard!!! TBH though, the top swimmers can go that fast or faster w/o using their arms. There is a Youtube video out there showing a U of Texas guy doing the whole 50 m underwater dolphin kicking on his back in 21 or 22 sec. It would have been a 50 m back WR except that he was DQ'd b/c you can't stay underwater more than 50 m. :)
