2 weeks out from 70.3

Here's my dilemma, have had a great training block for almost 20 weeks with build for a 70.3. 2 weeks ago I sustained an injury to my ankle and decided to rest it for two weeks (final two weeks of build). I'm recovered now and not sure if I should just follow the last two weeks of taper or try and get back some lost run fitness. Any advice would be much appreciated.

IMO, not much need for a full taper since you just had two weeks rest. I'd do a full training block this week and then do a mini-taper next week.

Something along these lines should work. You don't need a super long taper for a HIM.
