Here's my dilemma, have had a great training block for almost 20 weeks with build for a 70.3. 2 weeks ago I sustained an injury to my ankle and decided to rest it for two weeks (final two weeks of build). I'm recovered now and not sure if I should just follow the last two weeks of taper or try and get back some lost run fitness. Any advice would be much appreciated.
