Not that he's one to brag -- Neal is one of the nicest, most understated people I have had the privilege of coaching. But off the cuff he had a nice race in the middle of a little training getaway on Nevis and emerged their national champion after duking it out until the final mile with the local triathlon king OECS champion Reggie Douglas.
