Biggest regret was golfing, I mean why the hell on earth did I ever take that up? Especially through my mid 20's. that was a waste.

although it may have helped "preserve" your body so you can take up the sport in later years. I know alot of high school and college jocks in 40's and 50's that can barely walk anymore.

Ah golfing. I was just talking with a friend about this today. Before getting into cycling/ triathlon I loved to golf and was actually pretty good at it. But now if I've got 3 hours or more to kill I'm on the bike without question. I've played 1 round in 2 years. Same goes for other hobbies. Love softball but there's no way I'd give up a night each week to play when I could spend that time riding.

Only fun thing to do on a golf course - late late at night cross it with your MTN bike....toss marshmallows all over the place.
