Best workout ever. Seriously. I've seen these guys in concert multiple times and they get panties thrown at them like they are Victoria's REAL secret. So clearly the workout...um...works.

I'm thinking we could sneak into the "Y" some night when they are slow and do some rearranging. I Soooo want to do the walk across the TM's going opp direction every other one. That and the circle rotating on two opposite running TM's. Hey those things don't go in reverse do they?
