I emailed this same Q to IMNA and heard nothing back. I need to know how much time I have to convince my fiance this is a good idea. Any tactical help on that is appreciated as well.

Last year it closed around September 20, but I would assume it will fill earlier this year.

2300 is the closing point, if you take a look there is only 1700+ right now, so you have some time. I would say maybe later than October???

The entry list has been at 1700ish for a while now. I'm not sure how often they update it. I signed up a few days ago and still don't show up on it. So, I would guess it's over 1700, but you probably have another month or so to decide.
Dump her and race. It will be cheaper in the end.
