Just completed my 3rd IMLP with a PR of over 43 minutes!! Final time was just a hair over 11 hours. I wanted to get under 11, but I will take it, because, like I said it was my best time and I felt fantastic. I think I nailed the nutrition this time.
Anyway, my next ambition is to do IM Canada. I am actually planning to fly out to BC in a few weeks, volunteer at the race and sign up. I am starting to think that I may need to camp out the night before since they have done the platinum sign up and 10 year and local. Since IMLP sold out so quickly (90 minutes!!!) I am wondering what time did the line start to form at the horse show grounds? I'm figuring I will use this information to figure out my plan of attack for signing up for IM Canada.
