Anyone know where to find a running article?

I'm looking for a link to an article on the 'net that prescribed two four-mile runs daily at MLSS. I think it was geared toward high school/college cross country runners.

Someone posted it awhile ago, but I can't find it in here.

Try that. Not sure which one you are talking about, but MLSS stands for Max Lactate Steady State pace. Google that and you may find what you are looking for......bitch!! (just kidding)

Thanks, I will.

Neither are the one I'm looking for (it was an old-looking article). It's driving me nuts, and costing my employer a fortune! ;-)
