I'm not sure what GCN reviewed, but the Cyclplus AS2 Pro will fill 3 700 road tires up to 80 PSI. Some of the original and "older" versions had limitations, but this truly works 100% of the time. They also make an AS2 Pro Max for Mountain Bike / Motorcycle Tires.
To answer the Mathematicians post, I'm 65 years old and have never carried a hand pump on my bike. I'm not sure why, but they just don't appeal to me.
I promise I'm not trying to be condescending, but when did you start cycling? Presumably the 65y/o is supposed to convey many years of cycling, and Co2/electric pumps didn't become a thing until the 2000's. Did you just get flats and ride home on a flat? Did you never get flats? Did you have some other cool kind of pump? Or is this just semantics and you're about to make my day by saying you've used the same frame pump since 1976 [prayerhands]
