I did my faster time in the 2 when I just took it out much harder in the fly and tried to hang on, so I don't know what the go is with pacing.//

I was more talking about the 400IM, even I can take a 200IM out pretty fast and do well(for an old guy). But as time passes, I seem to be even splitting my 100's in the 200IM, gotta figure out how to get that fly split back down in the low 32's..

So had an opportunity to do 3 days in a row in the cold low pool, but had to get up and do a morning swim. So in the water at 8am, which may as well be 6am for me, ha!! Arms tired from previous 2 days, but cool water just energized me as I ground through a big distance day. Got an ironman swim in just over an hour, with 600 of it kicking too!

M May 20- 2000 yds

20 x 100 on 1:50

Shoulder a bit achy yesterday from PT exercises so didn’t know how today was going to go; hoping for not a ton of aching later (is ok now, fatigue but not sore). More achy after strength days I have noticed which makes sense

maybe she's born with it, maybe it's chlorine
If you're injured and need some sympathy, PM me and I'm very happy to write back.
