Hi everyone!

I am a student at Sheffield Hallam University and am currently part of a research project exploring the thoughts and feelings of ultrarunners during races. We are looking to recruit participants who are undertaking an ultramarathon before the 24th of March 2024.

I am hoping that there is some crossover on this forum between triathletes and ultrarunners.

This study will require you to speak aloud and record your thoughts at a few different stages of your ultramarathon. Other requirements are that you listen to music during your runs and that you carry a smartphone (to allow you to record your voice).
