I have the Sub 6 lace up, which I like but really only use for TTs, Crits and short road races. The Warp Sleeve it came w/is looking a little worn- what have you all done to cover up laces on your lace up shoes? (Apart from finding another Warp Sleeve which seems tough given the google searching I've done)

A friend of mine started producing his own shoe covers for tri shoes - basically your standard TT shoe cover, without the ankle covering

The idea of the "shoe only" cover is that it should be doable for getting in/out of a shoe easily in a tri - however, I'd think it would work as a lace cover for your shoes as well.
