Does anybody produce a full synthetic running deck for treadmills?

I keep getting moisture in my running deck on my SOLE F80. It is store in a shop so no direct moisture but the humidity in the South causes increased amount of moisture to get trapped within the "press board" running deck. I am on my 3rd replacement. Does anybody produce a blank synthetic running deck?

Press board - meaning wood? I've got an F85 in my garage for 3 years now with no issues. Humidity where I live is regularly 70-80% May-Oct.

Yeah a glorified plywood. Correct term in "fiberboard" per the manufacturing distributor.
