I thought I’d try the mottiv app for the free trial and it was relatively interesting- easy to use, gave accurate zones to train at, some slight variety in sessions and I liked the nutrition guides for each session.
Now the free trial has ended my volume seems to have jumped up from
Eg last week at the end of the trial in week 3 the bike intervals were 8x 20/40 sprints- relatively low stress for the start of a 16 week plan.
This week the intervals are 10x30/30, 4x90/60, 10x30/30 taking nearly an hour. Much harder. Luckily I had a bit of training behind me already, if you were new this would be tough!
Has this happened because I’m now on the free version so it’s just giving me generic sessions, or has the volume kicked up because it’s week 4 and we’re building volume?
