I am looking at the DS Trainer. Any recommendations which model is/was the best? I am wearing a 12 in the Kayano, do I have to go down to 11.5 for the Trainer?

I called Roadrunnersports and they told me to go down to 11.5. I also tried the Kinsei and was ok with 11.5

could well be.. no foot is the same.. but i have used a kayano paired with a ds trainer for probably 5 years and have had the ds trainer a bigger size each time .
although this year i have dropped the kayano (find the heel tooooo padded now i have tried to adjust my stride pattern)
