I have a model 2019 Ultegra Di2 system that I’m trying to put on a 2019 QR PR Six frame. The old bike had rim brakes. The PR six has disc brakes. What do I need to buy to get this bike set up? I’ve read about the Spyres but am curious if there’s hydraulic options out there. I’m having a really hard time finding the right stuff. Thanks in advance!

You’re going to need to get hydraulic lever(ST-R9180), hose and calipers or mechanical disk brake with the later bring cheaper and not as good. The drive train should be comparable otherwise.
Regardless of the option above you’ll need disc wheels and the correct size rotors (140 or 160mm).
