Sadly, I have thought about it, but the only place it could go is in my garage (winter reason). That would really upset my wife as she likes to park in there (I get to park in the driveway).

Not a doctors office, just typical midwest home with a basement. Because of the gym balls? Those things are great for stretching and core strength training.

Yes, it's a wheelbuilder disc (over the spokes). I just bought a Renn which I would not put on my trainer. However, I use the same set-up on my trainer as I use on the road.

Thanks! I hate going to a gym more than anything else in the world. With my home gym I don't have to drive back and forth, and I have all my hydro and nutrional needs close by. Plus I get to use my own shower.

I do go to a local pool though, where I do have all those hassles.

It looks like you spent alot of money on all that equipment.

I guess you didnt have any leftover to buy a bigger screen TV.
