How to loosen an stiff seat post?
It takes a lot of effort to insert/remove my campagnolo carbon seatpost from a new cannondale aluminum frame and there seems to be some scratching on the post. What is the best way to 'de-burr' the inside of the frame. Sandpaper?

Not really an answer but I suspect you are experiencing the effects of galvanic corrossion which eventually can (and will) result in the seat post being 'frozen' in the seat tube as if an adhesive had been used. I think the scratches can be smoothed by wetsanding with emory cloth (fine grit) and when finished, make sure the post is lubed and inspect it frequently to make sure the post does not end up frozen in the tube.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

http://www.beyondbikes.com/...mDesc.asp?IC=QTL1550 Your local shop should have one of these. This should do the trick. It will "deburr" you frame set.

I thought that using lube on a carbon post was a bad thing?

some say yes, others say no. If it slips when tight, clean the lube out of the seat tube and off the post, if the post is tight going into the frame, put a lite covering of grease inside the seat tube and on the seat post.

this article should help you. http://www.velonews.com/...articles/9023.0.html
