Things I've discovered via trial/error

Nocturia:

no caffeine after 3 pm
minimal water after 6 pm
Tamsulosin (aka Flomax)


On-the-bike urination issues:

during the winter, no more than a small cup of coffee in the morning
do NOT get the bulk of your calories from liquids, eat solid foods with minimal water

during the summer, it doesn't seem to be an issue, unless I've had multiple cups of coffee

I had this procedure done in Sept of 2021. It took a lot of meditation to get myself psyched up to do it.
