If you have access to a car or want to take a cab, go west on Geary Street for 2-3 miles until you are in the USF neighborhood. There is a masters team at Koret aquatic center (2-3 blocks south of Geary) that probably still meets at 6am every weekday -- call to confirm. Great folks and an awesome program.
