Last year, Team Discovery.
They were bolder and more flashy.
CSC looked profesional, but when TD came rollin through they looked like the bees knees.

CSC -keep in mind that they are a much smaller team in terms of sponsorship dollars/euros & corporate support and therefore has to do more with less.

At last years TdF Discovery had the look my guess this year they will start out that way but by stage 16 that could change alot.
