My $.02. Like most people, I find pop-ups really annoying. However, it won't effect me one bit. My pop up blocker will take care of it.

Pop-Ups scare me in that I have low marketing resistance. This is why I have not gone to see Brokeback Mountain.

Like most folks, I consider pop-ups as an intrusion on my solitude. However, being that I think of you in a weird way as someone I would let sleep on my couch for a few nights if they were down and out, what the heck. Plus I want this to be a profitable venture for you. Its a nice place to play.

Chalk another one up on the "go for it" side!! As already stated by others, If it helps the site/you, then I support it. A pop up, in my opinion, is a small price to pay for all that I've taken from this site.

I don't have a problem with it.

I killed Foxnews as my homepage because of their AMEX pop up. So did many of my friends for the same reason. I'd stay clear of it. I'm not interested in AMEX and will be even less if I see it popping up here.
