Depends on what kind of seller it is, and what the original listing said about the wetsuit's condition. If you do have to fix the suit, it's pretty easy to do with something that small.

a "pee" size rip sounds like it might have been put there for a purpose. Before you fix it, you might try and see how it works. I have occasionally wondered how long it takes my pee to get out via my ankle-holes.

Or neck hole. Never pee on shore then walk in:) The water pressure will do you in.

ask yourself: "would i have paid (whatever amount you paid for it) for this had i known it was slightly damaged?"

if no, and they'll take it back, return it.

if it was a roaring deal, as previously mentioned, get some wetsuit glue and it's a pretty easy fix.

Pee size varies greatly depending on the amount of fluids consumed.

Pea size is usually pretty consistent.

So while you might be mad that it isn't what is advertized, you are probably better off time and effort wise spending $10 for a tube of seal cement and fixing it yourself (takes 30 seconds of effort) and just giving the seller a bad rating than to ship back, hassle with the seller and then find and buy yourself another one.
