This question is for experienced PowerCrankers who have a distance running background

I am getting a team of very elite distance runners (10k to marathon Olympians) on the PowerCranks. Our first goal is simply to rehab them from (or prevent) injury and get them balanced then look at performance enhancement. Based upon your background and experience as both a runner and PC'er do you have any ideas as to how someone at the world class level and running 120-140 miles a week would best integrate these into their training program?
